My top two outside of those you listed are Cinderella Phenomenon - the art is beautiful and the plot is amazing, and the Red String of Fate, and indie game. It's short compared to a lot of games and has only two love interests, but it has charming art and some beautiful storylines. Honorable mentions to Seduce Me Otome and Halloween Otome. They're a lot lighter than many otomes imo, but are fun to play if you're looking for something more upbeat. Edit: I'm pretty sure those are all OELVNs, so if you don't like that, it might be a bit of a turn-off. Another game I enjoyed, although it strays from the traditional Otome format and is very NSFW, is Ladykiller in a Bind.
I can't believe no one's mentioned hatoful boyfriend. I'm disappointed. ): (that's half a joke- hatoful boyfriend is actually one of my favorite otome games/vns in general, and i'd recommend it if you can get past the, well, pigeon thing. It's one of those games where it looks stupidly hilarious on the surface, but actually has a shocking amount of depth once you get past the sort of shallow portion of the content. Ahh, i don't want to spoil anything though.) also, i pretty recently purchased/completed hustle cat, and i really enjoyed it? It's on the shorter side (my playtime on steam is six hours for all the endings, but i'd also like to note that i read abnormally fast, and finished it in a day because i was so enthralled with it) but the characters are interesting and so is the premise and its execution, so if its length isn't a turnoff for you, then i'd definitely recommend it as well.

Second Reproduction - that game is amazing, if you can get ahold of it. My flair is Lezette, in fact, one of the love interests. Pioneer cdj 2000 nexus 3. How I adore that boi. Though they're a little more puzzle game over otome, you can try hand at Area-X and X-note (they're related to each other in a way). I've yet to play Dragon Essence, but they're from the same people who made the two I just mentioned, so you can try that too if you liked the other two.
Re: Birthday Song, Ayakashi Gohan and Starry Sky ~in Spring~/~after Spring~ are all from the same company. But I personally prefer Ayakashi Gohan because the MC is voiced there. Also, Re: Birthday Song's art is from the same person who did Ozmafia's art:) so you might like that if you enjoyed the art there. The Charming Empire and Gakuen Club are from the people who made/ported the Yoshiwara games. But honestly, I prefer the Yoshiwara series. I've yet to play Gakuen Club, but right now the only thing going for The Charming Empire is its aesthetics + voice actors imo. But don't let that stop you from trying it!
And lastly, the big names, in my opinion, are Nightshade for paid and Cinderella Phenomenon for free. Nightshade is as good as everyone says and you won't regret buying it lol. Cinderella Phenomenon too, has that replay-able quality to it that's hard to encounter in free otomes nowadays. And the art for both games are both beautiful, so that's a plus, ey? Black Wolves Saga: Bloody Nightmare! It's sooo good!
The game is very dark and the story is incredible and gut wrenching at the same time. You should give it a try since you enjoyed Amnesia. Also Nightshade is a good one too. I would also recommend Ken ga Kimi to you since I hear a lot of raving reviews from time to time about it but I still have to play that one myself. It isn't translated though.
If you prefer the light fluffy sort of romance then there's the Starry Sky Series. There are translations for two but I forgot whether it was the Summer and Winter one or the two Spring ones.
Another one I highly recommend is Heart no Kuni no Alice: Anniversary Edition. Most of the routes are translated except for two I think. The MC is strong and the theme gets a little bit dark I guess.
